A normal pot fits in these metal pots, some people style them with an artificial bunch of flowers or artificial plants as well. You can put real indoor plants in them as well. The material is Iron. It doesn't rust easily or tarnish because of powder coating on the stands and electroplating on the pots. Cleans easily with a dry cloth. However, be careful with water around it.
